Direct from a real custom jewelry factory — CAD approval before production, private project tracking

Will You Keep My Jewelry Design Private?

Direct answer

Yes. Any sketch, photo, AI render or design file you send stays your property, and we do not publish it, reuse it, or show it to another client without your written consent — the piece built from it is made only for you. Your inquiry is handled by the same small team that reads and quotes it; we do not sell or trade your data, and the site runs no third-party trackers.

Ownership and confidentiality, spelled out

On ownership, our terms are direct: any artwork, sketch, photo, AI render or design file you share with us remains your property, and we will not reuse, modify, license or display it for another client without written consent. When we produce your custom piece, you own the physical product. The only carve-out we ask for is portfolio process photos — and you can opt out of those in writing before production begins, so nothing is assumed.

On confidentiality of the design itself, the sketch and CAD stage is private by default: your drawing is read, redrawn and quoted by the same people who would build it, and it is not circulated. We do not publish a customer's design, reuse it for someone else, or hand it to other clients. The one thing we retain is the right to keep process photos for our own portfolio unless you say otherwise before production — which is the only place your work might become visible, and the only place you have a veto.

On your data, the picture is small on purpose. We collect only what the project form needs — your name, email and your design images plus optional details. We do not sell, rent or trade it, do not use it for advertising, and do not run third-party analytics or marketing pixels; the site sets only two first-party cookies that remember how you arrived. Your inquiry email is itself the record, kept on our self-hosted server, and private tracking pages are reachable only through the unique link we send you — no account, no tracking cookies. You can request deletion at any time.

More questions on this

Do you post my design in your portfolio?+

Only process photos, and only unless you opt out in writing before production begins. Your design file itself is not published or reused for another client without written consent.

Do you use analytics or tracking on my submission?+

No third-party analytics, pixels or advertising cookies. The site sets just two first-party cookies that remember how you arrived, and holds no separate marketing database — your inquiry email is the record.

Who owns the design and the finished piece?+

You own your design files throughout, and you own the physical product once we make it. We keep no claim to either beyond the process-photo note you can opt out of.
