1. Use of this website
You may browse, share, and reference content on clearcustomjewelry.com freely for non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the site without written permission. You may not use the site or our contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages, harassment, or unlawful content.
2. Quote requests are non-binding
Submitting a request through our project form does not create a contract. Quotes we provide state their own validity period and payment terms; production begins only after both parties confirm the order in writing and the agreed deposit is received.
Balances and shipping terms are as stated in your confirmed quotation. We do not ship until the applicable payment is confirmed.
3. Intellectual property
Any artwork, sketch, photo, AI render or design file you share with us remains your property. We will not reuse, modify, license, or display your design for another client without written consent.
The photos, written content and brand identity on clearcustomjewelry.com are owned by CLARVEO Custom Jewelry Factory — you may not reproduce them in your own marketing without permission.
When we produce a custom piece for your order, you own the physical product. We retain the right to keep process photos for our own portfolio unless you explicitly opt out in writing before production begins.
4. Design approval, production & defects
Every custom project goes through CAD approval before production: nothing is cast or set until you approve the design renders. Once you approve, later changes may incur additional cost and time.
Finished pieces are inspected before packing. If you discover a manufacturing defect (structural failure, stone loss not caused by impact, plating fault) within 30 days of delivery, contact us with photos — we will arrange repair or remake at our cost.
Normal wear (minor surface scratches on daily wear, gradual plating tarnish depending on care) is not a defect and is not covered.
5. Custom goods and returns
Custom-made jewelry is built specifically for you and is non-returnable for buyer's-remorse reasons. Returns, repairs or remakes are accepted for: manufacturing defects we missed at quality inspection, significant deviation from the design you approved, missing components, or the wrong item entirely.
Where a remake is agreed, it is handled at our cost within the next available production slot.
6. Limitation of liability
Our total liability under any order is capped at the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages, including but not limited to missed event dates, lost resale revenue, or third-party claims beyond our control.
7. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute we cannot resolve amicably will be referred to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), with proceedings in English.
