1. What we collect
When you submit a project request through our contact form, we collect: your name, email address, your design images or reference files (sketch, photo or AI render), the jewelry type, quantity, budget range, target material and target date if you provide them, and the message you write. We also automatically log your IP address and the language version of the site you used, for spam-prevention purposes.
We do not collect or store payment information through this site. Payment arrangements are handled by email or contract after we have spoken with you directly.
2. How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to reply to your inquiry, assess design feasibility, prepare a quote and (if you become a client) manage your jewelry production project. We may follow up by email if we believe a relevant update is directly connected to a previous inquiry — you can opt out at any time by replying 'unsubscribe'.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third party. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with marketing platforms.
3. Where your data lives
Inquiry emails are stored on our email server ([email protected]). Our website is self-hosted. We do not run a separate marketing database — your inquiry email IS the record.
We retain inquiry emails for up to 5 years from the date of your last contact with us, after which they are permanently deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
4. Cookies & analytics
This website does not use third-party analytics, tracking pixels or advertising cookies. The only cookies our site sets are two first-party cookies (first_source and first_landing) that remember how you first arrived at the site, so that the person reading your inquiry knows which page helped you find us. They contain no personal data and expire after 30 days.
Private project tracking pages are reachable only through the unique link we send you; they require no account and set no tracking cookies.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with your request. We respond within 5 working days.
If you are located in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA — including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we change how we collect or use data, or when the law requires it. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new 'last updated' date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
