Direct from a real custom jewelry factory — CAD approval before production, private project tracking

What Happens After I Send My Design?

Direct answer

Four things, in order. First we read your design and reply with a feasibility view and a real estimate. If you continue, our CAD studio builds a production-ready model and sends it back for you to approve. Only after you approve do we cast and make the piece (a physical sample first, if you want one). Throughout, you follow each stage through a private project link — no account, no chasing emails.

The path your design takes, step by step

Sending your design is the start of a conversation, not a hand-off to a black box. We read it against the seven points a buildable piece needs — shape, color, angle, proportion, size, thickness and position — and tell you what is straightforward, what would be fragile or expensive, and what cannot be made as drawn. That comes back as a feasibility view plus a per-project estimate before any commitment.

If you want to proceed, the design becomes a CAD model. This is the decisive stage, because it turns your drawing into real dimensions and a structure metal can hold, and because nothing downstream happens until you approve it. You see front, side and top renders and can revise within the approved scope cheaply here — changes cost minutes in CAD, whereas the same change after casting costs a new piece. Your approval is the gate: no wax is printed and no metal poured until you confirm.

After approval, production runs through the stations under one roof — casting, assembly, stone setting, polishing and final QC — and you watch it on a private project link that shows where your piece actually is. If you ordered a physical sample, that comes before a larger run so you can judge the real object, not a picture. Each hand-off is recorded, so the design you approved is the design being made.

More questions on this

Do I get a quote as soon as I send my design?+

You get a feasibility view and a real estimate first, before committing — priced from the specific piece, not a generic table.

Can I change the design after sending it?+

Easily at CAD, within the approved scope, before you approve. After casting, changes are re-work and re-cost — which is why approval is a deliberate gate.

How do I know it's progressing?+

Through a private project link showing each stage — no account, no chasing emails.
