Direct from a real custom jewelry factory — CAD approval before production, private project tracking

OEM Jewelry Manufacturing — Your Design, Made by Our Factory

Quick answer

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) means you supply the design and we manufacture it to your specification. Send a sketch, a reference or an existing CAD, and our studio rebuilds it as a production-ready model that you approve before anything is cast — then we sample, produce and run quality control, and the finished pieces carry your brand. It differs from ODM, where you brand a design we developed.

What OEM means here

OEM jewelry manufacturing means you own the design and we provide the factory. An OEM relationship with CLARVEO typically covers:

  • Design-to-production — turning your sketch or CAD into a manufacturable piece
  • CAD development — rebuilding or refining your design into a model you approve
  • Material selection — 925 silver, 9K, 14K and 18K gold, and lab-grown diamonds
  • Sampling — a physical piece to evaluate before a production run
  • Production and quality control — made in our own factory, not a trading company

From your design to finished product

  1. 1

    Your design

A sketch, a reference image, an existing CAD or a technical pack for the piece you want made.

  2. 2

    CAD + approval

We rebuild it as a production-ready CAD and send front, side and top views for you to approve before anything is cast.

  3. 3

    Sample

A physical sample you can evaluate before committing to a production quantity.

  4. 4

    Production + QC

The approved design is produced to your specification with quality control, then delivered ready for your brand.

OEM questions, answered

What does OEM mean in jewelry?+

OEM — Original Equipment Manufacturer — means you supply the design and the factory manufactures it to your specification. Your design, our production: CAD, casting, stone setting, finishing and quality control happen under our roof, and the finished pieces carry your brand.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM?+

In OEM the design is yours and we make it; in ODM we supply an existing design that you brand and sell. Many brands use both — OEM for signature pieces and ODM to fill out a catalog.

How is OEM different from private label?+

They overlap. Private label means jewelry sold under your own brand, whether the design came from you or from us. OEM is the specific case where the design is yours and we manufacture it to your specification.

Do you keep my designs confidential?+

Yes. Any sketch, photo, CAD or design file you send stays your property. We do not publish it, reuse it, or show it to another client without your written consent — the pieces made from it are produced only for you.

What is the minimum order for an OEM run?+

A single fully-custom piece can be made one at a time. For OEM production runs the MOQ is per-product, set by the design, material and process — so we review each project on its actual manufacturing needs rather than quoting one blanket number.

Have your design made your way.

Send your design or specification and we will map the route from your drawing to a production-ready OEM piece.
