Can I Customize Jewelry If I'm Not a Designer?
Direct answer
Yes — being a designer is not a requirement to make custom jewelry. Most customers cannot draw and do not know technical terms, and that is completely normal. You describe what you want, or send any reference (a sketch, photo, AI image, a logo, even just words), and our CAD studio turns it into a precise, manufacturable design that we send back for you to approve. Your job is to say what you want; the technical work of specifying it is ours.
What you actually need to bring (it isn't design skill)
The start page asks for very little, on purpose: your name, an email, one image and a short message about what you have in mind. No CAD file, no technical drawing, no knowledge of what a 'bezel' or a 'gallery' is. Design skill is not the entry requirement — intent is. A clumsy hand sketch, a screenshot of a style you liked, or a sentence like 'a delicate ring with a small green stone' is genuinely enough to begin.
What the factory supplies is the translation from 'I like that feeling' to something metal can hold. We ask a few plain questions to pin down the things a piece actually needs — proportions, stone size, how it wears — and draft the CAD, then show you renders from the front, side and top so you can react in words you do have ('thinner,' 'bigger stone,' 'not that setting'). Reacting to a visible model is far easier for a non-designer than describing a design from scratch.
So the honest division of labor is: you bring the intent and the taste, we bring the design and manufacturing. You are not expected to know what is possible or how to specify it — asking whether something can be done is the correct instinct, not a sign you are under-prepared. If you can tell us what you want the piece to mean or look like, you have everything needed to start.

Do I need to be able to draw to get custom jewelry?+
No. Describe it or send any reference — a photo, screenshot or rough sketch. We build the precise design for you to approve.
What do I actually have to provide?+
Just what the form asks: your name, an email, one image and a short note about what you want. No technical drawing or CAD file.
How do I give feedback if I don't know jewelry terms?+
In plain words, on the renders we send you — 'thinner,' 'bigger stone,' 'not that setting.' Reacting to a visible model is the point, and translation into specs is our job.
Have a question we didn't answer?
Send it with your idea — a real person at the factory replies, usually within a business day.
